The spacious rooms at The Angel are named after previous residents, including Jane Austen, Oliver Cromwell, Lord Nelson, and Lord Byron, and feature en suite bathrooms and lavishly decorated beds. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, tea/coffee facilities and a TV in each room. Decorated with period features, chandeliers, and furnished with leather sofas, guests can relax in the The Angel’s lobby area. Free parking is on the High Street and is only free between the hours of 18:00 - 8:30 Monday through to Saturday. Sundays it is only free until 11:00.
