Located on the shore of Lake Firiza, 10 km north of Baia Mare, the Caprioara resort offers a bar restaurant and a summer terrace. Facilities include an indoor pool and hot tub. All rooms at Complex Turistic Caprioara include central heating, cable TV and a bathroom with hairdryer and shower. Situated at the foot of Mount Ignis, the complex includes a main building, which was fully renovated in 2009, and a modern annex building that opened in 2010. The restaurant has capacity for 60 guests and serves traditional dishes from Maramures County, as well as international dishes.
