Nestled along Cocoa Beach and a short distance from area attractions and activities, this resort features a fitness centre with a tennis and basketball court. An outdoor pool and hot tub are available as well. Spacious accommodations at the Resort on Cocoa Beach are furnished with fully equipped kitchens, plasma-screen TVs, washers and tumble dryers. Guests can also enjoy a game room, shuffleboard, and indoor children's play area. The resort also features an on-site cinema. An endless variety of recreational activities, including sailing and deep-sea fishing, can be found only moments from the Resort on Cocoa Beach. The Kennedy Space Center, Walt Disney World and Universal Studios are also located within driving distance, and are ideal for a day trip.

During January and September 2017, the resort will be renovating bath tubs and showers in some units. No disturbances are expected. Please note that there is a 2 vehicle maximum per reservation. Please note that the hot tub and the swimming pool will be closed from 7 January 2017 until 21 January 2017. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of USD 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
