The hotel is 200 metres from both Catete and Largo do Machado subway stations, giving easy access to other parts of Rio. Copacabana Beach can be reached in a 10-minute ride. The famous Sugarloaf Mountain is only 3,5 km away. Hotel Rondônia Palace has rooms fitted with wooden flooring and bright walls. Their amenities include radio, telephone, minibar and safe. Guests start the day with a varied buffet breakfast providing tropical fruits, fresh juices, cakes and pastries. À la carte specialities are served for lunch and dinner, while exotic drinks can be ordered from the bar. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
