Guests requiring extra beds should contact the hotel in advance. Cancellation and/or modification of the original reservation shall be free of charge only if the following deadlines are complied with: Cancellation of 1 to 3 rooms up to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. Cancellation of 4 to 9 rooms up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival. Cancellation of 10 to 19 rooms up to 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
