Only 300 metres from the Baltic Sea and Lake Kölpinsee, Residenz Haus Usedom is a condo complex offering non-smoking apartments with a balcony or terrace. All apartments at the Residenz Haus Usedom have a fully-equipped kitchenette, a living room with satellite TV, and a separate bedroom. Guests can use the sauna, gym, solarium and billiards table for an extra charge. WiFi access is available in the property's club lounge between 08:00 and 18:00 daily, and there are seating areas here. A variety of restaurants and cafés are available within a 5-minute walk of the apartments, with a restaurant located next door. A breakfast buffet is also offered from April until October. Lake Kölpinsee can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot, and the Bernstein Thermal Baths are a 10-minute drive away. Trassenheide butterfly farm is a 15-minute drive away. Karls Erlebnis-Dorf is a 5-minute drive away. Kölpinsee Train Station is 5 minute walk from the residence. Private parking is available on site (for a fee).

Please note that towels and bed linen are washed once every 7 days. Additional bedding/linen are available for an extra fee. The apartments can also be cleaned on request for an extra fee. No breakfast buffet is available from November to March. However, all apartments have a kitchenette. Guests arriving after 18:00 are kindly asked to call the apartments before 17:00.
