The city centre is just 10 minutes away by underground. As of 1 April 2017, air conditioning will be available in all rooms, the reception and the breakfast room. Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel, and a free internet access point is provided at the reception. The family-run hotel maintains child-friendly facilities and has full wheel-chair accessibility. All rooms have a safe, a hairdryer and allergy-free bed linen. A wide range of teas is available at the reception free of charge, and drinks can be purchased at the vending machine there. Guests can relax in the Lucia Hotel's interior courtyard.
