Set in a 19th-century mansion in the village Roquefort in the Landes Armagnac region, Le Saint-Vincent has spacious and individually decorated and soundproofed rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a TV, free WiFi access for one device, a telephone and a safe. Le Saint Vincent’s restaurant serves gourmet dishes cooked on site with fresh produce from the village's market. Guests can enjoy a continental breakfast in the hotel's restaurant or terrace as well as in the room. Le Saint Vincent operates primarily with renewable energy. From September to May the reception and the restaurant are closed on Thursday and Sunday evening. From June to August, they are open every day. The restaurant is available upon reservation only.
