This Pierre & Vacances Residence is located in the Pyrénées Orientales, just 300 metres from the resort centre. It offers apartments with a living area, a TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. Le Sequoia provides bicycle and ski storage facilities. There is free private parking at a location nearby or private covered parking on-site at an extra cost.

Reception opening hours: - Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00. - Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00. - Saturday from 08.00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00. - Closed: Wednesday and Sunday afternoons Please note: subject to change, please contact the residence before your arrival. Rates include accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax). Bed linen, Wifi basic access (to 5 devices for navigate, e-mails reading and researches For short stays (2 nights minimum), arrivals are possible from 14:00 and departures should be before 12:00 (subject to availability, they may be possible until 17:00). For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival for an extra cost per person. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available at the property at an additional cost. The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 pushchair, 1 changing mat. Subject to availability. A guarantee deposit of EUR 200 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card. The location of the accommodation can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property. Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
