Please note that a deposit must be paid by credit card upon arrival. There deposit is EUR 150 for standard studios and EUR 250 for larger rooms. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
