Located on the beach, Hotel Neptune is 150 metres from Berck Town Centre. It offers rooms and apartments with flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Rooms at the Neptune have a traditional seaside design, a private bathroom with a hairdryer and some have panoramic sea views. The apartments and studios have a balcony, a living room and a kitchenette, available at surcharge per night. Breakfast is served daily and guests can enjoy traditional cuisine and seafood specialties in the Hotel Neptune’s restaurant. There is also a bar and a terrace on the seafront. A 24-hour front desk at the Neptune Hotel is available. All rooms and apartments are serviced by a lift. Local leisure activities include golf and tennis and there is a swimming pool at the nearby Agora complex.

A damage deposit by cheque is required for the apartments with kitchenette and will be given back at the end of the stay. For the apartments, beds are not made on arrival. Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival. Use of the fully-equipped kitchenettes in the apartments and studios is available at an extra cost per day.
