Offering indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths, a sauna and spa pool, Kaikatei is 300 metres from Yuenchi Ropeway Station. The traditional rooms have tatami-mat floors, Japanese futon bedding and a flat-screen TV. Rooms at Kaikatei are air-conditioned, with a private Western-style bathroom that includes a bath. A green-tea maker, fridge and yukata robe are provided. Some rooms offer water views. The hotel is 40 minutes from JR Hamamatsu Train Station on the free shuttle. Kanzan-ji Beach is 800 metres away, and Kanzan-ji Temple is 1 km away. Massage services offer an easy way to unwind between hot-spring soaks. The hotel is happy to store luggage for guests.
