Ryokan Nakaya offers Japanese-style accommodations with free Wi-Fi. Guests can request relaxing massages and refresh in the indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths. A free shuttle is available from JR Kurayoshi Train Station, which is a 25-minute drive away and must be reserved at time of booking. Guests sleep in Japanese futon bedding on tatami (woven-straw) floors and can wear the provided Japanese Yukata robes. Green tea can be made using the electric kettle and each room comes with a fridge, flat-screen TV and a private toilet. Bathrooms are shared. A hot-spring bath can be reserved for private-use and a ganban hot-stone spa is on site as well. Luggage storage and a safety deposit box are available at the front desk. Nakaya Ryokan is a 15-minute drive from Sanbutsu Temple and Kurayoshi Park Square. Tottori Sand Dunes are a 75-minute drive away. Traditional multi-course meals are served for dinner and a Japanese set menu for breakfast. All meals can be enjoyed at the dining room.

Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. The outdoor hot-spring bath, private reservable hot-spring bath and ganban hot-stone spa is available between 18:00 to 23:00 and from 06:00 to 10:00. The indoor hot-spring bath is open 24/7. Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast at the hotel must make a reservation at least 1 day in advance by 17:00.
