Hotel Des Arts is around the corner from the Kalverstraat shopping area, in the heart of Amsterdam. The Dam Square, Royal Palace and the Flower Market are all within 500 metres. The rooms are simply decorated with old-Dutch touches and come with a private bathroom. Some of the rooms look out over the Amstel river, others are located at the more quiet back of the hotel. Breakfast is available each morning in the breakfast room. Tram stop Spui leaves right across the street and offers easy access to Amsterdam Central Station and popular sites such as Rijksmuseum and the Anne Frank House. Within 400 metres, Rembrandt Square offers a wide range of bars and restaurants. Canal cruises depart 200 meters from Hotel des Arts.
