This hotel is not wheelchair accessible. Please note that the Upper Room Hotel Kurfürstendamm is located on the 4th and 5th floors. To reach the elevator, guests need to walk up some stairs. Only rooms on the 4th floor have elevator access, guests on the 5th floor must take the elevator to the 4th floor and then use a spiral staircase. Please note that guests are required to pay the full amount of their reservation upon arrival.
